Welcome to DataFrugal, a product of Celeritio Software Pvt. Ltd.. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
DataFrugal is operated by Celeritio Software Pvt. Ltd., located at Office 3/4, Vrundawan Commercial Complex, D.P. Road, Kothrud, Pune – 411038, Maharashtra, India.
To use DataFrugal, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
DataFrugal operates on a subscription basis. In some cases, a one-time setup fee may apply. Subscriptions renew automatically but are postpaid and do not involve automatic debit.
We do not offer refunds. If you no longer wish to use the service, you may cancel your subscription anytime. Future charges will stop after cancellation, but no refunds will be issued for past usage.
We aim to provide 99% uptime. However, we do not offer guaranteed service level agreements (SLAs). Support is available via email and through our contact form or ticket system at https://www.datafrugal.com.
You agree not to misuse the service. This includes but is not limited to attempting to reverse engineer, resell, abuse, or interfere with the platform.
DataFrugal retains ownership of the software, platform, and infrastructure. You retain ownership of the files and content you upload to your account.
Our services may depend on third-party infrastructure and services, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Wasabi, Cashfree, Keycloak, and Google Cloud (Google Forms). While we make every effort to ensure uptime and availability, we are not liable for disruptions or service limitations caused by failures or outages in these third-party systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse or non-payment. We do not close accounts due to inactivity.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the application. Authorized users (with correct roles) in your organization can request cancellation or deletion of the subscription.
DataFrugal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, uptime, or suitability for a particular purpose.
Celeritio Software Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
To ensure equitable access and optimal service performance across all accounts, DataFrugal applies a fair use policy to storage and download resources provisioned via Wasabi. Each subscription plan includes up to 1× the purchased storage in monthly downloads under fair use limits. For instance, a 100 GB data uploaded permits up to 100 GB of downloads per month.
If usage consistently exceeds this threshold, we may notify the account holder, apply additional charges, or temporarily reduce bandwidth to preserve system integrity for all users. This policy prevents excessive usage patterns and supports a stable, reliable experience for everyone.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be available at www.datafrugal.com. By continuing to use the service, you agree to the updated Terms.
